Owner Portal Access

Learn more about gaining access to your Owner Portal account - Your central hub for viewing reservations, monthly financial statements, and more.

Our property management system’s Owner Portal makes it easy for you to view reservations and statements for full transparency.


Once your property and owner profiles have been built within our system, you will receive an invitation directly from our property management system, Track (notifications@trackhs.com), to the email address provided on your contract. Once you receive your invitation, please follow the steps to activate your account and create a unique password. Please note, your Owner Portal invitation email / link will expire 72 hours after it is originally sent. In the event your invitation expires before you are able to accept it, please reach out to onboarding@gathervacations.com for assistance so your invitation can be refreshed.  


Accepting this invitation will grant you access to your personalized Owner Portal account - Your central hub to review your bookings, reservation performance, monthly statements, tax forms, as well as unit- and owner-specific documentation.
