How to View Your Income & Expenses (P&L) in the Owner Portal
This report is found in the owner portal in Track and shows income and expense activity for the date range you choose.
How to View Your Income & Expenses (P&L) in the Owner Portal
Step 1: Click Statements
After logging in, click Statements in the top menu.
Step 2: Click Statement Summary
On the Statements page, click the blue Statement Summary button in the top-right corner.
Step 3: Choose Your Dates
In the Report Parameters section:

Enter a Start Date

Enter an End Date
This controls the time period you want to review (for example: one month or year-to-date).
Step 4: Run or Download

Click Run Report to view it on screen
or -
Click Export as Excel to download the report
