  • In Your Home: Expect a thorough inspection, professional photography, an optional 3D virtual tour, and initial preparation cleaning to welcome guests.
  • Behind the Scenes: We'll tackle the financial setup, secure permits, craft your home's online persona, set competitive rates, and manage OTA distributions.
  • Stocking Up: We'll guide you on furnishing and stocking your home to meet Gather Standards, ensuring guests have everything they need for a memorable stay.

Already Renting Out?: We'll integrate your existing reservations into our system, handle the transition for current guests, and ensure a seamless shift to Gather's care.

Ensuring Your Peace of Mind: Insurance and More

  • Property Protection:  All Gather homes need short-term rental insurance. Opt into our Safely Program for hassle-free coverage, or provide your alternative that includes Gather as an additional insured.
  • Your Online Portal: After joining, access all the details about your property, bookings, and earnings through your homeowner portal.

Maximizing Your Earnings

Initial Bookings:  To kickstart your success, we may adjust rates initially to attract those crucial first guests, with the strategy evolving as positive reviews come in. Our team of revenue analysts will constantly monitor your home’s performance.  Things to consider when discussing pricing strategies with your property manager:

  • Carefully consider minimum rates and minimum stays
  • Welcome pets into your home if possible
  • Remove unnecessary owner holds from your calendar
