This article explains how the public‐facing Specials page works, outlines the Summer 2025 promotion now live on the page, and provides internal best practices for managing owner participation and guest inquiries.

The Specials page is a dynamic storefront that aggregates any active discounted offers across Gather’s portfolio. It:

4. How the Discount Applies

5. Eligibility & Opt-In Process
